Disclaimer!
Many of the cameras offered in my shop are fully electronic and second hand.
Please be aware that some of these point and shoot cameras were produced over 40 years ago and have been in use or lying around for a long time. Electronic defects can also occur with well stored and unused cameras.
I only can guarantee that the cameras (if noted in the description) have been tested with film and are therefore fully functional at the time of shipment.
It is therefore not possible for me to give a warranty on the cameras.
I do my best testing and cleaning the camera before putting it up for sale, but sometimes something can slip through.
Should there be a problem which I did not notice, please contact me within 14 days.
Even if the camera has been tested by me, I recommend to only expose one roll and develop this one roll first.
Unfortunately it is a part of the film camera passion that some of the cameras die and are not repairable or the repair is not economically reasonable.
Sometimes these cameras just have a mind on their own and we as a film camera community have to deal with it somehow.

Terms and Conditions

1. Subject of the contract
FotoStrobo sells the goods specified in the online store to the customer in accordance with the following terms and conditions of delivery and sale.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract of sale between the customer (buyer) and FotoStrobo (seller) is concluded by an order request (order form) by the customer and confirmation (order confirmation) by FotoStrobo. The automatically generated email to confirm the order request is not yet a sales contract. Orders are exclusively placed via the order form/e-mail.
3. Product offer
Changes in design and errors in description, illustration, quotations and stock are subject to change without notice.
4. Terms of payment
There is neither a minimum order quantity nor small quantity surcharges. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT, but excluding packaging and shipping. In principle, payment must be made net within 10 days of invoicing. Advance payment is mandatory for all new customers. However, FotoStrobo reserves the right to demand advance payment at any time.
5. Delivery conditions
Orders are dispatched as soon as all articles of the order are available from stock and ready for dispatch. Partial deliveries will only be made at the explicit request of the customer and against payment of the additional shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown in the product description and are listed in the automatically generated e-mail to confirm the order request.
Fotostrobo assumes no liability for items that are damaged or lost during transport.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of FotoStrobo until full payment has been received. If the customer delays payment, FotoStrobo is entitled to withdraw from the contract and take possession of the goods.
7. Right of withdrawal, exchange and/or return
There is no right of return and/or exchange. In the event of functional and/or unforeseen defects, FotoStrobo may be contacted to discuss any return and/or exchange on a volontary basis. FotoStrobo is not liable for any damage caused by the shipment. In the case of returns, the customer has to pay the shipping costs.
8. Liability for damage
As far as the legal regulations permit, the liability for damages is excluded. In particular, FotoStrobo shall not be liable for damage resulting from improper use or natural wear or damage not caused to the delivery item itself.
9. Intellectual property
FotoStrobo reserves all rights for all designs, texts, images, drawings, graphics and other content on the website. Copying and any other type of reproduction of the website, parts of the website or its content is permitted only for the purpose of the ordering process. Any other reproduction, further use or transfer to third parties of the contents requires the explicit written consent of FotoStrobo. For all contents FotoStrobo reserves the property rights and copyrights.
10. Privacy
FotoStrobo assures that when collecting, processing and using personal data the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act and the relevant legal standards are observed. Upon request, the customer has the right to inspect the data stored about him at any time.
